Here we highlight our current Learning Star – an employee who exemplifies MSH values by building capacity and engaging in professional development through the variety of eLearning opportunities available to them at MSH.
Our current MSH Learning Star is George Nyamao, who recently closed out an LMG project in Kenya. George completed five certificates in management and human resources through the renowned eCornell – a free resource for MSHers. George says, “, it is possible to grow your skills while working and impact the delivery of service…I have changed the way I work. I have learned to listen more be more assertive and focused on what matters…My interpersonal relations have greatly improved. I commend MSH and encourage it to keep offering these courses to employees.”
